To remove your account and associated data, follow these steps in the Radiant app settings:
How to delete your account
- Open the Radiant app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.
What is removed
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Practice history, progress, and in-app streak or XP data tied to the account.
- Saved preferences and locally saved Radiant recordings on the device.
We confirm deletion only after your account login has been successfully removed. If that step cannot be completed, the app will show an error and your account remains available so you can retry.
Subscriptions and limited records
Deleting your Radiant account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play to avoid future charges. We may retain limited purchase and operational records where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
